We have worked with D Kyle Construction on a number of projects over several years.

These initially started with a small extension at one of our Leeds restaurants in 2010. Due to the quality of work, speed and the project being delivered on time and within budget, we did not hesitate contacting D Kyle Construction over the following years for further works to be undertaken by them.

These works have included complete refurbishments of existing restaurants to complete £1m plus projects of full restaurant fit outs to an extremely high standard.

 We have always found D Kyle Construction to be more like a partner rather than a contractor and as we inevitably come up against various obstacles or design changes during the works schedule he always has had the solutions or flexibility to be able to accommodate our needs whilst still achieving deadlines and budgets.

We have always found Dave Kyle a pleasure to deal with and that he conducts business with the highest level of integrity and honesty.

Dave has many times during the design process identified alternative construction solutions that have delivered cost savings without impacting on the integrity of the scheme.
